Ossining's "Mr. Coke" Faces Drug Charges
The Village of Ossining Police Department says it has arrested Acker Avenue resident Mr. Jamal Coke on drug charges.

An executed search warrant in Ossining results in a felony drug charge. Investigators say that Acker Avenue resident Jamal Coke was suspected of dealing drugs, so authorities went ahead and got a search warrant.
On September 11 at 7:05 p.m., Ossining Police executed their search warrant at Coke's Acker Avenue home. Investigators say they found $9,000 and a half-pound of marijuana inside Coke's home.
"This was the result of an investigation that led us to believe that this individual was dealing in drugs," said Ossining Lt. Michael McElroy. "We got the warrant, we had probable cause, they searched and sure enough they found cash and about a half-pound of marijuana. In addition, they found wrapping paper and things normally used to package that kind of drug."

"Mr. Coke was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree, a class E felony and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class a misdemeanor," according to a press release from the Village of Ossining Police Department.
