Ossining's Old Mill Singers
The Old Mill Singers, your local community chorus based in Ossining, announces that their combined anniversary and holiday concert will be held on Friday and Saturday, December 2nd and 3rd, 2011, at Ossining High School.

The following in a news release from the Old Mille Singers:
The Old Mill Singers are continuing our celebration of 40 years of entertaining the Westchester community and will perform chorus favorites and a variety of holiday themed songs. Some selections are “African Star Carol,” “Hanukkah Madrigal,” “Silver Bells,” and Beethoven’s “Hallelujah.” We may sing classical pieces, but unlike most local choral groups, our focus is on lighter fare. Santa and his elves will be coming to our show as the audience shares in a sing-along. Show time is 8:00 PM both evenings and tickets can be purchased at the door at, $10 for children (up to 12 years old) and senior citizens, and $15 for other adults. The Old Mill Singers was founded 40 years ago as the Phelps Arts Society to provide music for hospital patients during the holiday season, and continues to perform in nursing homes, at Rosary Hill, at community events, and at holiday time at the Met Life Building to entertain commuters as they head for Grand Central Terminal. Twice each year, in December and June, public performances are given at Ossining High School. Plan on attending our December concert. There is convenient free parking, handicapped accessibility, free refreshments, and lots of fun.
