Ossining's Finest Make Disorderly Conduct Arrests
Three people were arrested for disorderly conduct, in two separate incidents, in the Village of Ossining.

Ossining Police made three disorderly conduct arrests on September 11. Police say the first incident was spotted by Ossining Police Sergeant DiLeo. DiLeo was on a routine patrol when two men were seen fighting at the intersection of Elizabeth St. and Croton Ave. around 3:30 a.m. Police arrested 23-year-old Anibal Marquez-Leon and 25-year-old Wilson Chillogalli. Both Marquez-Leon and Chillogalli are Ossining residents.
In a separate incident police charged 30-year-old Neris Martin Cruz with disorderly conduct. Police say Cruz was urinating on the road on Clinton Ave. at 3:30 a.m. When Cruz was approached by officers he ran away. Officers had to chase him down to make the arrest.
