A 49-year-old Peekskill man was pulled over by Village of Ossining police for driving erratically and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Police pulled the man over on Broadway on Oct. 2 at 12:16 a.m. An initial DWI charge was escalated to aggravated DWI when police found his blood alcohol count to be .18 percent, over twice the legal limit of .08, said Lt. William Sullivan.
The man was held pending arraignment.
