A 31-year-old Croton man, apparently just doors down from his own house "couldn't make it home on time," said Croton Police Sgt. John Nikitopoulos.
A caller reported to police just before 5 p.m. on June 4 that a man had urinated in the street in front of 93 Grand Street in the upper village.
Police located the man, who Nikitopoulous said appeared intoxicated and admitted to officers that he had urinated in the street.
Police charged the man with disorderly conduct and creating a hazard. He was given a return court date.
