A shooting in Piermont Tuesday night—which left a Rockland man with a chest wound—has teaming up with and to investigate, authorities said this morning. Police have not released the victim's identity, or where the crime took place. The Rockland County's Sheriff Office is also aiding in the investigation effort. The victim was treated at .
