Remembering Drowned Ossining Man
People from Ossining and the surrounding area are holding a special memorial service to remember the life of Bryan Johnson.

Friends and family are remembering Ossining's Bryan Johnson this morning. Johnson drowned in the water near City Island back in June. Today, a memorial service is being held at St. Ann's Church to honor his memory. Wednesday would have been Johnson's 27th birthday.
Investigators pulled Johnson's body from the Long Island Sound, between Hart and City Island on June 20. The 26-year-old Ossining man was in the water near City Island when the boat he had been riding in left him. Johnson was on the boat with a group of nine friends and acquaintances.
The 26-year-old, who had attended Penn State, had his sights set on getting a degree in hotel management. He was working as a manager at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown when he died.
