Friends and family are remembering the life of Ossining's Mindy Berkon. Berkon died on September 25 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center at 66. Funeral services were held yesterday at Mount Vernon's Riverside Memorial Chapel.  She left behind her husband of 45-years, Jeff. She is also survived by her two children, Marnie Zolov and Shep Berkon, as well as her granddaughter Avery.  Berkon was born in 1946 in New York City to her Parents Philip and Ann Bonder, but grew up in the Bronx. She worked for many years a a buyer and salesperson in the retail industry, specializing in baby furniture and infant clothes here in Westchester.  The family is asking that donation in her memory be made to the charity of your choice. The memorial service was held Thursday at Mount Vernon's <a href="http://www.riversidememorialchapel.com/?PHPSESSID=11dab251964b5ffbb1b81aef948beeb7" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Riverside Memorial Chapel.</a>
