'Warned Not to Drive,' Ossining Man Gets Slapped with DWI Charge

A young Ossining driver, too young to drink legally, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated recently by Sleepy Hollow Police.

Early in the morning of June 7, Sleepy Hollow Police pulled a car over on Pocantico and Continental Streets in Sleepy Hollow. After some investigation, they arrested the Ossining man for DWI.

The driver's car was towed when he was taken to headquarters around 2 a.m.

Sleepy Hollow Police Chief Gregory Camp said the man "had been warned earlier by officer not to drive," but "was observed shortly after driving vehicle."
