1. 22% pay hikes over 3 years proposed for top Oswego County officials, including the sheriff (syracuse.com) — Oswego County leaders are weighing sizable pay raises for the sheriff, clerk, treasurer and legislators as part of next year’s $277 million budget. A public hearing and final vote are both set for Thursday at the county legislature chambers on East Bridge Street in Oswego, where residents can speak out before the decision is made.

An Oswego City judge released her without bail, and she’s due back in court in January, with a possible prison sentence if convicted.

Residents can now enjoy performances at a venue that carries his legacy forward.
