2 Charged With Robbing Delivery Man in Glen Cove
One man was arrested Tuesday; the other last week, police said.

Two men were arrested – one on Tuesday, one on Thursday, Feb. 26 – in connection with an apparent armed robbery of a Chinese food delivery man in Glen Cove, authorities said.
Glen Cove Police say that on Dec. 3 at about 6:15 p.m. Hao Sheng Chinese restaurant on Glen Street received a call for a delivery order. The delivery address given was an unoccupied house on Burns Avenue in Glen Cove. When the delivery man arrived at the location, he was met by two men. One of the men proceeded to punch the delivery man multiple times in the face, knocking him to the ground. The other man then approached the victim, said he had a gun and produced “what appeared to be a handgun,” police said. This suspect demanded that the victim give him all of his money.
The victim turned over between $100 and $200 in cash, and the two suspects ran off, according to police.
