1 Teen Dead, 1 Critical In Nassau Crash: Police

A 16-year-old driver was killed after losing control of a car and hitting a tree on Chicken Valley Road around 3:30 a.m., police said.

OLD BROOKVILLE, NY β€” A teenage girl was killed early Sunday morning in an Old Brookville crash, police said, and three teenage boys were injured.

Police identified the girl as Angelia Dominguez. Seaford High School also issued a statement on Monday confirming the Seaford student was the teen who lost her life.

A 16-year-old driver lost control of a 2008 Nissan while driving on Chicken Valley Rd., and hit a tree near Brookville Ln. at 3:37 a.m., police detailed.

Three male passengers, ages 14, 15 and 16 were injured and taken to a local hospital. The 16-year-old remains in critical condition, while the two younger passengers are in stable condition.

Police continue to investigate the crash, they said.
