Oyster Bay Celebrates July 4th With Parade
It steps off at the Townsend Square parking lot.
OYSTER BAY, NY β The 249th birthday of America's Independence will be celebrated in Oyster Bay on July 4.
The annual parade is hosted by the Oyster Bay Fire Department. Marchers will start lining up at 9 a.m with the parade stepping off at 9:30 a.m. at the Townsend Square parking lot.
Members of the local Veteran of Foreign Wars post are scheduled to march. The VFW covers Oyster Bay, Syosset and other neighboring communities.

The parade route goes west along East Main Street. It will conclude at Town Hall on Audrey Avenue with a service at the bandstand across from Town Hall.
