Oyster Bay to Get a Brewery

A brewery is expected to open by mid-June in a former Mexican restaurant by mid-June.

Alan J. Wax, at Corks, Caps and Taps, wrote that owners Gabe Haim, 30, of Bayville, and Ryan Schlotter, 31, of Centerport, have been planning the brewery  for two years. They first experimented with making home brew from kits before deciding to make the move.

The brewery will open at 76 South St., Oyster Bay.
