Santa's Mailboxes For Kids Open In Oyster Bay, Massapequa and Bethpage

Children can write letters to Santa and use special red Santa's mailboxes in three Oyster Bay Town locations, and even get a reply.

OYSTER BAY — Letters to Santa can be "officially" mailed in three special mailboxes Oyster Bay Town has set up in Oyster Bay, Massapequa and Bethpage.

The mailboxes will accept letters from children until Dec. 12, the town said. Letters with a return name and addressed postmarked by then will get a reply from Santa before Christmas.

The mailboxes are open 9 a.m. until 4:45 p.m at:
