OLD WESTBURY, NY β€” The Shimmering Solstice holiday light show will return to Old Westbury Gardens Friday, back for the second year "bigger and brighter," organizers say.

The show kicks off Friday, Nov. 25 and will run until New Year's Day.

The light show is custom-built to highlight the gardens, organizers say. For 2022, they added an interactive area for children, seasonal music, a new illuminated water feature on the West Pond, and a new "warming area" with seasonal snacks and beverages.

Horticulture at Old Westbury Gardens, said.

β€œThe features that define Old Westbury Gardens such as the formal allées, ponds, and statuary are all illuminated so visitors can view them in a completely different light.”
