An Oyster Bay man in need of immediate medical attention was reported missing to Nassau Police on Tuesday morning.

According to authorities, the vulnerable adult, 48-year-old Matthew Burkhardt, was reported missing at 12:25 a.m. Police described him as white, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with green eyes and brown hair. His clothing description and destination are unknown.
Detectives are requesting anyone with information regarding the location of this vulnerable adult to please contact the Nassau County Missing Person Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
