West Shore Road Closed Overnight
DPW reports road closure from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. to pave and stripe roadway.
Don’t plan a late-night trip in or out of Bayville without being prepared to take the scenic route.
West Shore Road will close at 9 p.m. Thursday to pave and stripe the southern work zone, according to the Department of public Works.
The closure was moved up from 10 p.m. to ensure the roadway reopens in time for the Friday morning commute. West Shore Road is slated to reopen at 5 a.m.
