$642 Park Slope One-Bedroom Available In Housing Lottery
The city released a batch of apartments in Park Slope ranging from $642 to $1,000 in a lottery.

PARK SLOPE, NY — A batch of affordable apartments in Park Slope went up for grabs in the city's housing lottery, with one-bedroom apartments starting at $642.
Seven new apartments were put up on the city's affordable housing lottery in recently renovated buildings at 643 President St., 579 Warren St., and 677 and 680 Union St., city records show. Applications are due by April 11.
The units include a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments with prices ranging from $642 to $1,000 a month, according to the NYC Housing Connect.

A one-bedroom is available for $642 a month for a single person making between $24,549 to $26,720 or two people making between $25,549 to $30,560.
Four one-bedrooms are available for $1,000 a month for a single person making between $36,823 to $40,080 or a two-person household making between $36,823 to $45,840 a year, according to the notice.

A studio is also available for $787 a month for a single person making between $29,451 to $40,080 and a one-bedroom for $821 is available for a person making between $30,686 to $33,400 and two people making $30,686 to $38,200.
