BROOKLYN, NY — An Apple store near Barclay's Center closed temporarily this week as the shop appears to undergo renovations, according to its website and recently-filed permits.

Plans for plumbing modifications, HVAC work and interior renovations at the store, situated on the corner Flatbush Avenue and Ashland Place, were filed with the Department of Buildings this week and last, city records show.

As of Thursday, the plans were listed as approved on the buildings website, but the store at 123 Flatbush Avenue hadn't been given work permits, which are required for these renovations.
