CVS Will Find New Home At Park Slope Development: Connect CRE
It will occupy the ground floor and lower level at 120 Fifth Ave., according to the full service real estate site.
PARK SLOPE, NY — CVS will have a new pharmacy in Park Slope, announced Connect CRE, a full service commercial real estate site.
The pharmacy will be within one of two mixed-use buildings, which recently signed the Lidl supermarket as a commercial tenant, according to Connect CRE. The development is erecting a 180-unit rental residential complex with 45 of them being reserved for affordable housing.
CVS will occupy the ground floor and the lower-level at 120 Fifth Ave., added the real estate site.
