'Music For Autism' Coming To Park Slope Library
The Saturday concert is designed to create a safe space for children with autism and their families.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A free musical concert designed for listeners with autism is coming to the Park Slope Library on Saturday, Feb. 25. The event is being put on by the Brooklyn Public Library's Inclusive Services department and Music For Autism, an organization that produces "interactive concerts developed specifically for individuals with autism and their families."
According to a guide to the event shared with Patch, the concert, which will feature a performance by the PROJECT Trio, will offer audience members a chance to listen to music, eat healthy snack foods, practice their hand at various instruments and spend time as a conductor.
