The StreetEasy study ranked neighborhoods based on how many days homes spent on the market, how their list price compared to their sale price, how many price cuts were offered and how many inquiries home sellers got compared to last year, according to the study. It included data between the beginning of 2021 and the end of September.

In Park Slope, the ratio of how close home sellers got to their asking price stood at 100 percent, meaning the average home has sold at its list price this year. The median closing price stood at $1.49 million in the neighborhood, according to the study.

Citywide, the sale-to-list ratio stood at 96 percent, a jump from where it was last year, StreetEasy found. Researchers found that the selling market is heating up across the city.

"Between July and September, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens all saw a record high number of sale contracts signed for the third quarter," they wrote. "...Overall, homes are selling more than a week faster than they were in 2019 (pre-pandemic), and for closer to their asking prices."
