PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A penthouse in Park Slope was the most expensive apartment recently sold on Brooklyn's luxury market, according to a report.

A four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 1 Prospect Park West sold for $7.75 million last week, according to a report from The Real Deal, surpassing the borough's next priciest sale by over $2 million.

Located steps away from Grand Army Plaza, the penthouse boasts a custom chef's kitchen, a formal dining room, and a giant private terrace, the real estate site reported.

The 3,187-square-foot unit is located in an amenity-laden building, which includes a steam room, sauna, and basketball court, according to the report.

A three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was the second-most expensive unit sold in Brooklyn last week for a whopping $5.39 million (still millions less than the Park Slope abode), The Real Deal reported.
