PARK SLOPE, NY — A real estate company bought a newly constructed luxury building on 11th Street for $81 million, the firm announced last week.

Trinity Place Holdings on Thursday closed on their acquisition of the 12-story rental building at 237 11th St., at the corner of Fourth Avenue near the Gowanus border, from developer Adam America Real Estate, the group announced.

The building was one of several built along Fourth Avenue by Adam America and started renting apartments inside last year, Curbed reported. It has 105-units inside and 6,264-square-feet of retail on the ground-floor, which a section is currently occupied by a Starbucks.
