BROOKLYN, NY — A Yonkers man was arrested after confessing to stabbing a homeless man in Prospect Park following a sex meetup, according to police and a report.

Anthony Dejesus, 28, was hit with murder and criminal weapons charges Monday in connection to the killing of Miguel Andrews, a 37-year-old homeless man fatally stabbed earlier that day near the Grand Army Plaza entrance of Prospect Park.

The New York Daily News reported that Dejesus turned himself in about 2:30 a.m., minutes after the slaying, admitting he knifed Andrews after the two met up for sex in the Vale of Cashmere — a wooded area near the park entrance.
