SweetWolf’s Bacon Fat Infused Waygu Beef Burger
The newly open restaurant cooks most of its delicious food in a wood-burning brick oven.
We have been following this restaurant since it was just . Well now, , we tried their food and boy is it good. Wood-fired on the outside and juicy on the inside.
The bacon fat infused Waygu beef burger, with Jameson soaked sweet chili onions, aged Gouda with a side of duck fat fries ($18) is a must have. The burger itself is lean and packs flavor and a mouth-watering juiciness. The Jameson sweet chili onions give the perfect amount of sweetness that intoxicates (not literally, but it sure makes your palate happy).
The duck fat fries are light in grease, but taste delicious when dipped in the mango ketchup.

Another entrée that is highly suggested is the cast iron organic chicken served with brandished radishes, local honey shallot citrus pan sauce and duck fat fingerling potatoes ($18).
The chicken is light, but still flavorful and juicy. Cooked in the wood-fired brick oven, it is crispy on the outside and steaming hot and evenly cooked on the inside.

The atmosphere is relaxed and gives off a neighborhood vibe. The fact that the kitchen is behind a plate glass window you can watch your food being made by co-owner Eric Wolf and even catch the other owner, Tim Judge, feed the fire with logs of wood.
For appetizer, the day boat scallops wrapped in applewood smoked bacon are a fantastic starter. The scallops are fresh and the bacon gives a savory bang to the underwater delight.
For dessert, the bread pubbing hits the spot.
If you sit at one of the two communal tables, you better be friendly, for when it gets crowded you gotta scoot over.
