BROOKLYN, NY — A Texas teenager who disappeared from a Brooklyn hotel this week was finally found in The Bronx, police announced.

Stella Strong, 16, lives in Austin, Texas, but was at the Wyndham Garden hotel on Fifth Avenue and 39th Street when she disappeared about 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to the NYPD.

Strong left the hotel wearing black jeans and a black t-shirt and wasn't seen again for over 24 hours, according to the NYPD.

The teenager was finally found Wednesday night in the 40th Precinct, which encompasses the borough's southernmost neighborhoods, including Port Morris, Mott Haven, and Melrose, according to the NYPD.
