PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Two new apartment high rises soon could sprout in Park Slope, according to a report.

Stellar Management plans to build 17- and 19-story towers at 341 10th St., near Fifth Avenue, TheRealDeal first reported.

The developer recently applied for a rezoning to build the towers, which would bring 319 new apartments to the area a few blocks from Prospect Park YMCA, according to TheRealDeal.

The planned development would add to Stellar's existing apartment buildings on the block, which stand at 12 and 18 stories, the report states.

A parking garage for those existing apartments would give way to the two new towers, according to the report.

Developers plan to wrap the new buildings around the MTA's Ninth Street subway station opening, as well as add 6,570 square feet of retail space and a further 4,600 square feet that likely will become medical offices, the report states.

The new apartments would have 96 affordable units, TheRealDeal reported.
