Bellone To Tour Patchogue Friday

Democratic candidate for Suffolk County Executive expected to speak with local business owners.

, the Democratic candidate for Suffolk County Executive, will be in Patchogue Friday afternoon.

Bellone will be given a tour of the Village’s downtown area by Patchogue Mayor . He is expected to be in Patchogue around 4 p.m.

According to his campaign, Bellone will speak with local business owners to discuss how County government can work better for them. Joining the tour will be , Democratic candidate for the Suffolk Legislature’s 7th District, which includes Patchogue.

Patchogue’s business district will be busy Friday as merchants prepare for Alive After Five, an event that draws thousands to Montauk Hwy.

The tour of Patchogue comes a week before Bellone is expected to unveil his economic plan for Suffolk County. Specifics on when that plan will be revealed were not immediately known.
