Man Sold Flavored Vape Products In Patchogue: Police
Approximately 450 flavored vapes containing nicotine were seized after the man sold to an undercover officer, police say.

PATCHOGUE, NY — A man was arrested after Suffolk police said he sold flavored nicotine and vape products during a compliance check at a store in Patchogue on Friday.
Officers checked J Mart & Smoke Shop, located at 580 Route 112, as part of the department's "Operation Smoke Out," police said, after the department received complaints from community members.
Muhammad Khan, 26, of Centereach, sold flavored nicotine vape products to an undercover police officer, police said. Approximately 450 flavored vapes containing nicotine were seized, police said.

Khan was charged with sale of flavored vape products, a public health law violation.
He was issued a field appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in
Central Islip on a later date.
