- Long Island restaurants hosted 'A Taste of Patchogue' to help Ukraine. On Wednesday, March 23, local businesses joined forces to help refugees with a 100 percent donation of profits to the World Central Kitchen, which is a nonprofit that helps refugee families with meals. (News 12 Brooklyn)
- Many may not know but a good number of businesses located on Main Street in Patchogue are owned by women. March is Women's History Month, and the community is filled with women who contribute to the growth and development of the Village. Click on the link to know the women business owners of Patchogue. - Come to the Patchogue 89 North Music venue for an evening of Asian Percussion. - Nearby News: A pickup truck was in flames in the driveway of a Shirley home on Tuesday night. The blaze started at a home on Wellwood Drive at 9:30 p.m. and was controlled just in time before spreading to propane tanks that were attached to a nearby camper, according to Mastic Fire Department officials. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is being investigated. (Patch)
