Patchogue Woman Claims $1M Lottery Prize: Officials
Carrie Machinist's ticket was one of 15 selected to win a $1 million cash prize as part of a promotional raffle, officials say.

PATCHOGUE, NY — A Patchogue woman has claimed a $1 million top prize from the New York Lottery’s Million Dollar Raffle drawn on Oct. 26, 2025, New York Lottery officials said.
Carrie Machinist’s ticket was one of 15 selected to win a $1 million cash prize as part of the Lottery’s promotional raffle commemorating the Erie Canal bicentennial.
She received a one-time, lump sum payment of $651,006.
Conoco Quick Stop on Route 112 in Patchogue, where the ticket was sold, received a $5,000 bonus for selling a top prize ticket for the event.
Other top-prize winning raffle tickets were sold in the Bronx, Chenango, Dutchess, Genesee, New York, Queens, Schenectady, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties.
