- A crash critically injured a pedestrian in Patchogue on Tuesday. Justo Naranjo, 54, was trying to cross Medford Avenue when he was struck by a 2012 Nissan driven by John Conway, 62, of Holtsville, at about 5:40 p.m., police said. He was transported to University Hospital in Bay Shore in critical condition. Conway was given a summons for driving with a revoked license. (MSNEWS)
- Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk Police detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who burglarized a Ronkonkoma business in August. A man threw a brick through the front glass door of Royal Pizza, located at 299 Hawkins Ave., entered and stole a register containing cash and an iPad. (smithtownmatters.com)
