Hudson Valley Woman Claims $3M Scratch-Off Ticket: Lottery
The ticket was purchased at a store in Spring Valley, according to New York Lottery officials.

PEARL RIVER, NY — A local woman recently became a millionaire after buying a New York Lottery Triple Jackpot 777 scratch-off game.
Jessica Enriques-Carpio of Pearl River won a $3 million prize, and she received a one-time, lump sum payment of $1,386,633, after required withholdings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Alizeh Food Mart at 22 N. Main St. in Spring Valley, lottery officials said in an announcement.

New York Lottery scratch-off games generated nearly $4.4 billion in total sales for the fiscal year 2023-2024, according to the New York Lottery. School districts in Rockland County received about $44.9 million in Lottery Aid to Education funds during the same period.
