Ellen Jaffee will take her oath of office as a member of the New York State Assembly representing the 97th District 2 p.m. Sunday at Orangetown Town Hall in Orangeburg. Members of of the community will be recognized for their efforts during Hurricane Sandy as part of the event.  Jaffee is beginning her fourth term in the Assembly.
