The seventh annual Pearl River Day Festival brought a steady stream of people to Central Avenue in Pearl River Saturday.
The event, organized by the Pearl River Chamber of Commerce, featured live entertainment, food, shopping and children's activities including bouncy attractions, sand art and pumpkin painting.
The races for this November's elections continued with the Orangetown Democrats and Orangetown Republicans each setting up tables among over 100 vendors that lined the street. Local fundraising programs such as the Lindsey Stewart & Mark Lennon Memorial Fun and the Tommy Scogs Foundation were also part of Saturday's event.
