Pearl River Library Among Those Offering October Fun

Nanuet

Teen Pumpkin Decorating: Nanuet Public Library offers a pumpkin-decorating program for teens at 3 p.m. Oct. 26. The library is located at149 Church Street. 845 623-4281.

Nyack

Crafts and films: Nyack Public Library features a teen craft session at 6 p.m. Oct. 25 and a teen Halloween film at 3:30 on Oct. 28.The library is located at 20 South Broadway. 845 358-3370 28

New City

Crafts, treats and ghosts: New City Free Library offers a few Halloween programs. For grades 2 and up, there’s a pumpkin painting program at 4 p.m. on Oct. 26. A program titled “The Ghosts of Undercliff” will talk about the area’s past inhabitants at 7 p.m. on Oct. 27. The Haunted Library takes place from 1 to 3 p.m. on Oct. 29. Crafts, treats and somewhat scary decorations will be featured, as well as a crawl-through tunnel. The library is located at 220 North Main Street. 845 634-4997
