Pearl River Opens Volleyball Playoffs at Rye Friday

Pearl River will enter the Section 1 Class B volleyball playoffs as the No. 11 seed and play a first-round game 4:30 p.m. Friday at No. 6 Rye.

Section 1 held its pairings meeting Wednesday morning. The top seeds are John Jay-East Fishkill in Class AA, Yorktown in Class A, Ardsley in Class B and Dobbs Ferry in Class C.
