
The Rockland Economic Development Corporation will hold its awards luncheon Nov. 22 at the IBM Executive Conference Center in Palisades.
The REDC announced the following award winners last week:
- Award of Distiction: Rockland Community College President Dr. Cliff L. Wood will receive the Award of Distinction.
- Manufacturer of the Year: Celtic Sheet Metal, Inc of Congers
- Entrepreneur of the Year: Adam Lipson, who volunteers with the American Red Cross of Greater New York, People to People, the Center for Safety and change and the Nyack Center among others.
- Service Provider of the Year: The Salvation Army
- C. Scott Vanderhoef will receive a special award recognizing his two decades of work as Rockland County Executive
The event begins with a networking reception at 11:30 a.m. The luncheon starts at noon. Costs to attend include individual seats for $60 or $1,000 to sponsor a table. For more information, call the REDC at (845) 735-7040.
