16-Year-Old Fires Gun During Dispute, Police Said
Police arrested a 16-year-old Bronx resident for allegedly firing a gun several times during an altercation at 807 Main St. in Peekskill. At approximately 9 p.m. on March 2, police received a call that shots had been fired in the area thirty minutes earlier. Officers responded and upon investigation found evidence and additional witnesses who reported an individual had fired several shots in the area during an altercation. Further investigation by Sgt. John White and additional responding officers led them to an apartment in 807 Main St. where they encountered Lakesean McIntosh, who is suspected of shooting a gun into the air several times during an altercation. In addition, a .380 caliber handgun was recovered. Mcintosh was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.

Man Sells Crack to Cop
Robert Paterson, a 35 year old Peekskill resident, was arrested on March 1 at 3 p.m. for criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, at police headquarters.

Patterson, who was in custody for an unrelated offense, was charged with selling crack cocaine to an undercover police officer. The investigation, which was occurred over a several month period, was conducted jointly between the City of Peekskill Police and the New York State Police. Patterson is being held at the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla without bail.
