Information about the vehicle was sent to the Westchester County Department of Public Safety’s Real Time Crime Center.

Within minutes, police said the vehicle was seen traveling south on the Sprain Brook Parkway.

After a pursuit, the vehicle was stopped in Greenburgh. There were three men in the car, police said.

They were arrested and charged as follows:

  • Arnold J. Fernandez, 19, of Peekskill: second-degree murder and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies
  • Errick Lowe, 26, of Cortlandt Manor: second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony
  • Omar Williams, 20, of Peekskill: second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony

Fernandez and Brickhouse knew each other, police said, and the shooting was not a random incident.

The men were arraigned Tuesday in Peekskill City Court and sent to the Westchester County Jail.
