Due to the heat advisory, the Town of Cortlandt has activated a cooling center in the Muriel H. Morabito Community Center. It starts at 3 p.m. today and twill be open throughout the night until 3 p.m. Friday.
They ask residents to bring water, food and any other supplies they may need while staying in the cooling center.
