Jane Solnick of Con Edison Public Affairs has notifed the VRA that Con Edison needs to perform emergency repair work on the transmission lines crossing the Hudson River. Necessary repairs will be performed tomorrow, Thursday, June 7, 2012. The work will require us to have hovering helicopters in the air over the river for several hours.
