The Westchester County Department of Health is alerting swimmers, boaters, windsurfers, kayakers and other recreational water users that the advisory for the Hudson River will be lifted this evening, August 10 at 11:00 PM from Croton Point Park and points south in Westchester. Repairs to the broken sewer line in Tarrytown have been completed and sewage discharges into the Hudson River have ceased.
