The 5K Run/Walk for Heroes is sponsored by the Peekskill American Legion and supports Operation Comfort Warriors.
The event will be on June 9. Check in begins at 9 a.m. and the walk/run starts at 10 a.m. at 1024 McKinley Street, Peekskill, NY, 10566.

There will be a BBQ after the run/walk at the legion hall and each participant will receive a t-shirt.
