Cortlandt Police Blotter: Drug Arrests, a House Egging and a Kohl's Shoplifter

Saturday, March 23:

6 p.m. -- Devin Roe, 30, of Montrose Station Road, Montrose, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a misdemeanor, after he was found in possession of 29 grams of marijuana in a parking area at Blue Mountain Park. He was released pending an April 13 appearance in Cortlandt Town Court.

7:52 a.m.-- A resident of the Riverview mobile home park reported to county police that someone threw eggs at her home the night before. The resident stated she saw a car with teenagers pass by about 11 p.m. and heard noise but didn’t find the broken eggs until the morning.

2:29 p.m.-- Jacquline Williams, 53, of Garfield Street, Peekskill, was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, misdemeanors, after being detained by store security at Kohl’s department store on Route 6. Hardman is accused of trying to leave the store with $380 worth of jewelry and clothing that she did not pay for. She was released pending an April 12 appearance in Cortlandt Town Court.

4:12 p.m.-- Alicia Hardman, 21, of Sarles Drive, Yorktown, was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th Degree, misdemeanors, after being detained by store security at Kohl’s department store on Route 6. Hardman is accused of trying to leave the store with $24 worth of clothing that she did not pay for. She was released pending an April 12 appearance in Cortlandt Town Court.

Friday, March 29:

8:13 p.m.-- Johnny Manicchio, 44, of Park Drive, Putnam Valley, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a misdemeanor, after he was found in possession of a small amount of cocaine following a traffic stop on northbound Route 9 in Montrose. He was released pending an April 12 appearance in Cortlandt Town Court.

Sunday, March 31:

9:46 a.m.-- A resident of Habitat Lane in Cortlandt Manor reported to Westchester County police that his mailbox was vandalized overnight.
