Cortlandt Road Paving Set To Begin

The work is weather-dependent and subject to change, officials said.

CORTLANDT, NY — Paving in the town of Cortlandt is scheduled to begin soon.

Town officials said the paving operations will begin on or about Thursday and continue through the following week.

The work will involve the following roads:

  • Mount Airy Road (between Furnace Dock Road and Woody Brook Lane)
  • Woody Brook Lane (between Mount Airy Road and the bridge)
  • Watch Hill Road (between Roberta Drive and the Sportsmen's Center)
  • Washington Street (between the steel bridge and house No. 1518)

Once work starts on a particular road, the work should take two to three days to complete.
