  • veal osso bucco
  • a 16 oz. prime rib

Desserts are TBD but server Mike Karwaski promises they’ll be Mom-themed. Right now menu items are a la carte, but they might do a prix fixe, he said.

Co-owners Paul J. Segnit, Jr. and Tony Settemere have been “friends forever,” Karwaski said; they’ve owned this place since 2009.

You might also see “Gaetano’s on the Go” this summer at a carnival or festival near you. The restaurant’s outfitted a truck with a full kitchen so they can serve up “basically our entire menu” from anywhere, Karwaski said.
