Two Men Found with Needles in Arms, Unconscious in Moving Vehicle

Driver, Passenger Found Unconscious with Needles in Arms in Moving Vehicle
Police were called to the Beach Shopping Center after witnesses saw a vehicle rolling down the roadway with two unconscious men inside at 1:20 a.m. on March 23. By the time police arrived, witnesses had managed to stop the vehicle from rolling and officers found two young men, the driver and passenger, passed out with needles in their arms. Several glassine envelopes containing heroin were located around the two men: driver, 21-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident William Bobolia and passenger, 22-year-old Verplanck resident Matthew Feely.

Peekskill EMS responded and both were revived. Bobolia and Feely were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree. Bobolia was additionally charged with DWAI. They were held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.

Peekskill Woman Arrested for Failing to Pay Taxi
Peekskill police arrested a 40-year-old city resident after she failed to pay for a taxi that took her to a store and then back home, police said. Christine Dillon was charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor on March 20 at 7:20 p.m. at the Villa at the Woods. She is due in Peekskill City Court on April 2 at 11 a.m.

Burglary at Hillcrest Park Condos
Police arrested Peekskill resident Tyrone Farmer, 56, following an investigation into the break in of a condominium in the Hillcrest Park Condominium Complex. The residence had been entered through a sliding glass door that was forcibly opened by Farmer, police said. Numerous items were stolen from the residence and recovered as a result of the investigation and Farmer’s subsequent arrest. Farmer was charged with second degree burglary on March 24 at 12:30 p.m. and was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.
